Mission Statement:

The Cabarrus Baptist Christian Women/Men’s Job Corps® exist for the purpose of providing training, hope, encouragement, and spiritual development to women and men, helping them to take control of their lives and become responsible for their families.The Cabarrus Baptist Christian Women and Men’s Job Corps® will seek to provide mentors for each client who will listen to the person’s pain, listen to their hopes, pray for them and walk through each phase of planned development with them, through Bible study, and through the ups and downs of her journey.  We will encourage each client, mentor, and support staff. We will develop a Christian unity that is needed to give a positive witness to the world.
