Training Opportunities

The CBA offers several training opportunities to our local congregations.  We are available to come and do these training events in your church around your schedule.  These training opportunities are varied and are designed to assist you in developing your church leaders.

Below is a list of the training events your association can offer your church:

TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES DR. RANDY WADFORD CAN OFFER TO YOUR CONGREGATION:

• Teaching with Fineese  {This one day course is designed to assist teachers in their personal development and aid them in their teaching experience}

• Lab I Listening & Caring Skills  {Is a three day course developed to help any leader in the church to become a better listener.  This course will empower your ministry and lay leadership to listen with an inner ear to hear what is not being said many times.}

• Coaching: A Journey of Leaders  {This course is a new course that trains leaders to become coaches to the teams or committees they work with.  It is a one to two day training which can be used with individuals to coach them in discipleship or with groups to assist them in work on specific projects in ministry.}

• Conflict Management & Resolution  {Is a one to three day training developed around the area of conflict. Those who participate in this training will be ready to deal with conflict in the local church in a healthy and productive matter.}

• Alignment of Your Mission & Your Money  {This three to four hour training is to assist a church in aligning their mission goals with their budget goals.  This training is designed to be done with an entire congregation over one evening or afternoon.}

• Search Committee Training  {The CBA can assist your pastor search committee with a two hour training on how to search for a new pastor or staff member}

• Staff Team Building  {Your association can offer your church staff a day or half of a day team building experience to strengthen the work and relationships of your staff members}

• Special Designed Training Events  {If you have special need for training we can design a training event just for your congregation.  Give us a call and let us help you develop a training event with you and your church.}
